Taste?Shift the taste profile, e.g. sweeter, spicier or more umami.

Aroma?Shift the aromatic character, e.g. citrusy, herbal or earthy.

Nutrition?Steer toward a nutrition goal, e.g. high-protein, high-fiber or lighter.

Processing?Favor whole & fresh ingredients, or lean toward more processed ones.

Emergent factor mode?Steer along one of the flavor dimensions the model discovered on its own.
